The Meaning Behind the Name: "An Fairy"

The name "AN FAIRY" holds a very special place in our hearts. It is inspired by my daughters, Peri. In Turkish, "Peri" means Fairy. This name represents the magic, purity, and beauty we strive to weave into every piece we curate. Just as a fairy brings magic to a story, we believe our rugs bring a unique spirit and warmth to your living spaces.

In the world of traditional Anatolian weaving, color is a language. We are particularly masters of the ancient "Kök Boya" (Natural Dyeing) techniques, with a special emphasis on our vibrant reds. This legendary crimson is derived from the Madder Root, a traditional method that has been passed down through our family for four generations. For us, red is not just a color; it represents the life, passion, and enduring strength of our nomadic (Yörük) heritage.
