1. Artisanal Nature of Products Most of our rugs and crafts are hand-spun, hand-sheared, and crafted using traditional Anatolian methods. Natural fibers and artisanal dyeing processes may result in slight variations in color, texture, and pattern. These are not defects — they are the mark of authentic handcraft.
2. Pricing & Availability We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Payment All transactions are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order may already be in preparation for delivery and cancellation may not be possible.
