Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no questions asked, no hassle.
Condition of Items Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at info@anfairystudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will schedule a convenient pickup time at no cost to you.
White-Glove Return Service We personally handle all returns. Our specialized team will come to you — no third-party carriers, no return shipping fees for our customers.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Exceptions The following items are non-returnable:

- Sale items and gift cards
EU Customers If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period.
