By visiting anfairystudio.com and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Artisanal Nature of Products Most of our rugs and crafts are hand-spun, hand-sheared, and crafted using traditional Anatolian methods. Natural fibers (such as Mohair) and artisanal dyeing processes may result in slight variations in color, texture, and pattern. These are not defects — they are the mark of authentic handcraft and make each piece truly one of a kind.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders We offer custom orders for both rugs and silver crafts. Rugs can be made to your specifications in terms of size, pattern, and color. Silver pieces can be resized or scaled to your personal measurements. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun. Please contact us at info@anfairystudio.com to discuss your custom request before placing an order.
3. Pricing & Availability We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the final price.
4. Payment We accept all payment methods available through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, the order may already be in preparation or scheduled for delivery, and cancellation may not be possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
6. Delivery All orders are delivered personally by our specialized team. We do not use third-party carriers. Our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times by product type.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of An Fairy Studio and protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability An Fairy Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
9. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at info@anfairystudio.com. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
10. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages, including through verbal consent during a telephone conversation or through a company form, you consent to receive conversational customer-care and appointment-related SMS messages from An Fairy Studio LLC.
Messages may include follow-ups after calls, appointment scheduling options, appointment confirmations, visit updates, and occasional information about our handwoven rug collections.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
