What does "AN FAIRY" mean? The name is deeply personal. It is inspired by my daughters, Peri, which means "Fairy" in Turkish. We believe that every rug we hand-select carries a touch of that same magic and timeless elegance, turning a house into a home.

Are your rugs truly handmade? Yes. Each piece is a masterpiece of human patience. We specialize in authentic, hand-knotted and hand-woven textiles, focusing on traditional Nomadic (Yörük) patterns that tell stories of joy, sorrow, and ancient history through their motifs.
What is the significance of the "Red" in your rugs? Red is our signature. We utilize the ancient "Kök Boya" (Natural Dyeing) technique, specifically using Madder Root to achieve our vibrant, legendary crimsons. This 4-generation old secret ensures that the colors are not only organic but also possess a depth and longevity that synthetic dyes simply cannot match.
Do you provide authenticity information? Absolutely. We are experts in Anatolian symbolism. If you wish to know the meaning behind a specific motif on your rug—whether it’s a symbol of protection or fertility—our team is always happy to share the history of your piece.

III. Shipping, Delivery & Logistics

How do you handle shipping? To ensure the highest quality control, we handle our own shipping and logistics. Each rug is personally inspected, cleaned, and hand-packed by our experts before it leaves our facility. This personal touch ensures your art piece arrives in pristine condition.
Where do you ship to? We currently focus our operations exclusively within the United States and Australia. By concentrating on these regions, we can guarantee personalized service and maintain our strict quality standards. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.
How long will it take for my rug to arrive? Because we manage the process ourselves, we are fast. Orders are typically prepared within 1-2 business days. Depending on your state, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Can I track my shipment? Yes. As soon as we personally hand over your package to the carrier, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

IV. Maintenance & Satisfaction

What is your Return Policy? We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your rug within 14 days. As we offer the most competitive "Source Prices" in the market and manage our own logistics, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective.
How do I care for my handwoven rug? Handmade rugs are incredibly durable. Regular vacuuming (without a beater bar) and rotating your rug once a year is usually enough. For spills, blot immediately with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaners who specialize in natural dyes and hand-knotted textiles.
